Fairly clean, family-friendly hotel with well-trained staff. Favourable, amazing location close to food court. Neat and well-maintained room, had a perfectly pleasant stay for an unplaned vacation. Comfortable beds & fairly clean bathroom. Easy check in and late check out. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property...

During my recent stay at Puteri Bay, I received a phone text reminder for check-in, which was a thoughtful gesture. The location was superb, with the beach and food stalls within walking distance. The pool provided a great alternative for those who don't prefer swimming in the sea.
The air conditioning in my room was not cold enough, but the hotel promptly switched me to another room to resolve the issue. I did notice that only liquid soap was provided for the shower, and not for the toilet bowl, which was a bit inconvenient.

Spent my New Year's Eve at this hotel. The view was amazing, they're located near the beach, only a short walk away. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, always eager to lend a helping hand. The room was cozy with comfortable amenities. The added bonus was the availability of Muslim-friendly facilities such as the Quran and praying mat in the room.
My experience was dampened by a few issues. The breakfast was subpar, not up to my expectation.

The hotel is located just a few steps away from the beach, making it a convenient spot for travellers who want to enjoy a calm and quiet beach. There are also food courts nearby for those who want to try local cuisine. the rooms are reasonably priced, and some amenities like air conditioning, iron, fridge, and cabinet are available.
Some aspects of the hotel could be improved. Some guests complained about the cleanliness of the towels and the rooms, and the breakfast options could be more varied.

The hotel was centrally-located, making it easy to explore the area. the staff provided some complimentary items that were helpful during our stay. Plus, the view from the room was simply breathtaking!
the air conditioning was not sufficient for the size of the room and my family found it difficult to sleep due to the heat.
